A reminder of the forum on the environment and climate change for the Ryde Council candidates to be held this Saturday at 3pm at the Environment Education Centre in the Field of Mars. Here is a useful link on these issues.

Candidates in the 2021 Ryde City Council elections will be presenting their ideas and proposals, followed by Q&A. There will be speakers representing Liberal, Labor and Greens parties, as well as at least one independent candidate.
Entry is free but numbers are strictly limited due to Covid safety rules. You will need to register in advance by emailing alfred.vincent@bigpond.com or phone (02) 9879 6067 and leave a message if necessary. Please do not come without registering as there will probably be no places left.
Afternoon tea will be served afterwards, and Covid safety rules will be observed. Audience and speakers must be fully vaccinated and must check in by smart phone or on a paper contact list at the door, and must show their vaccination certificate. Masks will be worn and distancing maintained.
